Skylight Kitchen is that convivial, ambrosial, little pocket of hygge that you just want to visit daily and while away the hours. One might even describe it as 'amazeballs'.
Are their plain and pain au chocolat croissants fantastic? Yes, of course, are you even listening to me? But what you don't realize is that they've got croissants in both Nutella and churro varieties as well, among others! Like, what? Incroyable!
Service? Top notch. Me? Total stranger to the place but I was treated like an old high school friend who hasn't been seen in thirty-some-odd years. I might go back just to see if these guys want to catch a movie sometime.
I can't recommend this place enough. If you're in the Pelham area looking for a place to stop for coffee and eats on your little smart phone because you just HAVE to check the reviews before spending sixteen whole dollars at a new locale, then you should do yourself a favor and tell your significant other who is probably already tired of waiting for you to pick a place that you've found a spot. Skylight Kitchen’s offering are so fresh and delicious, with the best ingredients and a welcoming chef. This cafe is a wonderful addition to Pelham.
The food and pastries are delicious! The staff on point and super nice. I went in for a mocha latte and left with a cinnamon roll, fruit and custard pastry and crumb cake. All amazing 🤩 Also don’t miss the turkey thanksgiving sandwich as well as their homemade soups and salads!!
