This place is unique in that it’s both a coffee shop and a diner. The coffee and food are good and the ability to either hang out with a cup of coffee or get the diner experience sets it apart for me. Small area with chairs to relax, individual counter type seating if solo, or plenty of tables (including some large ones) enhances the experience. Provides a nice local place in the area to get away from chains. Breakfast all day makes it a good brunch spot. The staff are excellent. Food ordered at counter and then delivered to table. Cuban restaurant at night that was good for takeout, but I have not eaten in for that.

I’ve been going to the busy bean cafe in Victor for a few years now and absolutely love that location. Always perfect food orders, drinks, friendly service etc.. I do however live closer to this location and have tried it out a few times since openings. The drinks have always been good from here. I realize cooks are different, but essentially it’s a very similar menu as the Victor location if not the same but somehow the food orders here always get messed up, is missing something, or I find something in it. Again, I absolutely love the busy bean in Victor but I don’t know what’s up with this location. I’m going to keep coming for coffee and maybe occasionally get food and give it another chance, but I’ve never had to throw away food before for it being completely inedible. On top of that when I brought up my concern the staff member working made a snarky comment back and blamed me and said there was nothing wrong with the food. I’m not the type of person to ever bring up anything as it’s really outside of my comfort zone, so getting the harsh response back that I got made me feel worse. You guys need to figure out what’s going on in the kitchen or those that make the food and make sure your staff members are not being disrespectful to customers. I really love busy bean but this experience is making me think twice. I’ll change my review in the future if overtime I see improvement.

The food and coffee here were absolutely delicious, but what really stood out was the incredible customer service! I accidentally spilled my cold brew after just one sip (classic me 🙃), and even though my boyfriend and I tried to clean it up, the staff jumped in right away with kindness and zero judgment. They helped wipe everything down, remade my drink without hesitation, and even shared a laugh with me about it. I left feeling comfortable and cared for, like I was right at home. Can’t wait to come back!

I will say food was lovely and coffee was good. However, manager was seen yelling at employees in front of us. Was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Workers seemed to be teenagers and I have been there a few times. Always extremely welcoming and hardworking. I just feel bad for the kids, it’s terrible. Will not be coming back.

I was in there for the first time today and was appalled at the way that the owner (I’m assuming) was treating her staff. She was yelling at them loud enough for customers like me to hear. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional and really horrible to witness. The staff were kind and professional and definitely seemed upset by the way they were being treated.
It’s sad because I enjoyed the food and the place is really cute. But I cannot support a business who treats their employees that way.

This is my second time back ! First time I just got an iced latte with toasted marshmallow and Irish cream with oat milk(half sweet and VERY good). So I came back again for it and this time I built my own burrito. It was very good and a good size. I’ll definitely be back to try something else next time!

First time being here. After starbucks removed some drink options, we loved to have we found this little nook to replace the flavors we were missing in our coffee. The frap they made was amazing. And the French toast my girl ordered was made fresh and tasted amazing. Their place looks cozy. Busy but nice. Will for sure come again. This place is going to be a staple for our business going forward. What they are doing here they are doing right.

Believe the hype! We went to the Penfield location specifically to try the Cuban menu. The restaurant was sparkling clean and the service was excellent. Four of us ordered different Cuban dishes, while my two youngest ordered off the kids menu. The portions were huge - even the fresh fruit side dishes for the kids! Everything was delicious. The whole time, our table was just a chorus of "Mmm!" while reaching over and trying food off of each other's plates. We will definitely be back!

You pre order your food at the counter then find a table. They deliver the food then you eat. Food is great it's a little different than regular breakfast places. Try it you will like it.

The ratings sure didn’t match our experience. The cappuccino froth was acceptable, but the espresso tasted like day old diner coffee that had been burning away in a Bunn coffee carafe that hadn’t been cleaned in months. We have never had espresso that was so bitter and burnt. We also had the biscuit and gravy with eggs that others raved about. It was awful. I’m from the mid-west and have eaten my fair share of biscuits and gravy. This biscuit is basically a dense, dull Pillsbury biscuit covered in an extremely salty sausage gravy made with a poor quality, mushy and tasteless sausage. The scrambled eggs were dry layers ( ? ) of egg that must have been mixed in a liquid to make them so thin on the griddle, and were almost tasteless. We were left wondering if these were some type of powdered, instant egg that you might add water to. We are absolutely never going back. We packed 1/2 of the meal up to give to our dog - after rinsing the gravy off the sausage. We went straight to the Ugly Duck to get a fine cappuccino to rid the lingering taste out of our mouths and took a couple Tums to ease our queazy stomachs. Sorry, but this meal was absolutely awful..
