Believe the hype! We went to the Penfield location specifically to try the Cuban menu. The restaurant was sparkling clean and the service was excellent. Four of us ordered different Cuban dishes, while my two youngest ordered off the kids menu. The portions were huge - even the fresh fruit side dishes for the kids! Everything was delicious. Stopped in for lunch today and the food was excellent. We ordered a Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla and the lunch special Grilled Cheese with their soup of the day, Chicken with Poblano Peppers. The portions were plentiful, everything was delicious, but the soup was out-of-this/world flavorful with just the right spice level. We grabbed a couple of lattes to go after our meal and they were perfect. We will definitely visit Busy Bean again!

I had an egg and cheese bagel here, and it was really good, but it’s hard to have your mind blown by an egg and cheese bagel. I’ll have to try some of their other food options, as I’ve heard good things.

What DID blow my mind was the coffee. I’ve had coffee in a lot of different places, but I kept saying to myself, “I’m pretty sure this is the best coffee I’ve ever had!!”
