Good food, but pretty shocked to hear "we don't take local flavor coupons", especially when they are still on sale. Not a great vibe to give out. Don't need to hear "we don't make money" or "$50 minimum". Just thought you should know as i don't find it a fair business practice. Employee did accept coupon after making a phone call to owner i believe.

Came here for lunch and we were the only ones there. The sub was disappointing. The prosciutto was cut thick which is a no go in my book. Sparse on the toppings. Should have gotten a slice, that looked very good. Oh well, back to Rubinos next time.

Myself and 4 other medical colleagues attempted to order lunch here today. We called way ahead of the lunch rush, but kept getting no answer. We then proceeded to order online Instead. $95 later, 5 lunches ordered, and a confirmation that pick-up would be in 20 minutes. We were happy and have been dying to try this place. About 20 min later, just as we were leaving to pick it up, we receive a phone call. The phone call was from one of the managers stating that they were unable to work on our order. I told them we tried calling for close to 40 min off and on before deciding to place the order online instead due to no answer. His reply was that they already booked a $2000 catering job, and that was why they didn't want to do lunch orders and shut the phone off. He half heartedly apologized that they didn't answer the phone because they were "busy", and that they also thought they had shut off all online ordering as well. Ummm , obviously they had not. My team was starving by this point and was still willing to wait until they were done with the order which would've meant an additional 1-1.5 hours per the manager. The manager then said that they haven't even begun to inventory their food items for the day to know if they could even fulfill the five sandwiches. The only thing he said he knew for sure was that they could not do the seafood sandwich. Since the seafood sandwich was my bosses order (lead Physician who is also a Pescatarian and paying) I asked instead for a full refund. I will say that their menu looked fantastic, but I just don't think we will ever order there again. They sounded relieved to lose my business. A terrible first and last impression if you ask me. He definitely acted like it was our fault , not theirs that the order went through, and that we were burdening them. No thanks, I just hope the full refund goes through. No Buono!!!

Supposed to be a steak sub with provolone, onions and sweet peppers. We ordered 2 they were both like this. Very disappointing spending 30$.
Had wings & large sandwiches for dinner last night ordered peace tea & tea spent way too much for a simple meal.

We order 3 times when they first ordered messed orders up alllll 3 times and they put stuff on Subs if u don't read menu forget it you'll get hot peppers etc.... Don't recommend I'm a cook made subs for years done.

Really tasty pizza!!! It’s my new go to. I love the artichoke, spinach pizza as well as basic cheese pizza.

Delivery was missing the garlic knots and the garbage plate was cold. Worst part was the plate had a super strong salty taste...to the point where it was really inedible. They did credit the knots off the bill but the overall food quality was average.
