I asked for a mocha latte they gave me peppermint… the croissant was hard as a rock. Egg tasted like it was made yesterday.

I've been going here for years. I met some key people here and worked here as a youth. The service used to be 5 star all day, every day. There is some kind of influx going on, not sure what it is about, but the service is now about 2 stars. I don't blame the owners, as they were great, from what I remember. I think they are just out of options at this point. I went today and some guy working there was just throwing things around, very loud and almost mocking in his manner. I was in there a couple days ago, saw an on duty officer go in to get his coffee and he was either ignored or not seen... not sure which. I notice they painted the building recently. It is this disheartening shade of grey, almost in honor (as if I could say that) of A.I. or the mechanical enslavement of some neo-human iteration. They even painted the trash cans, once a warm natural stone... they painted them black.....
I feel as if I have had my better times at 1802 and I will treasure them all....

Went through drive thru this morning and got to work and I didn’t even get what I ordered. I tried calling since I work 25 minutes away and no answer. I have tried 5 times.

Been trying different dunkin’s since my usual one is down for renovations, and tbh I may have to start driving the extra 10 minutes to come to this one every day. My drink had the perfect amount of ice in it, instead of being 80% ice like it usually is (can’t order no ice in the energy drinks) my bagel was actually toasted and the employee at the window was fast and friendly. 10/10 experience, I’d give this dunkin 10 stars if i could. 🤌🏻

Pulled up to a closed window and sat there for 7 mins waiting to be acknowledged. At first i understood they were probably super busy and I wasn’t in a rush but it was when one of the workers made a comment about me holding up the line then proceeded to come at me with an attitude. I was super confused because I didn’t even get my order yet. the younger kids are nice but that older woman needs some social training.
Might as well go sit down for breakfast at a restaurant, it will be faster. Food is sloppy and so is the service.

I went in to just get 3 iced drinks around 5 PM Sat evening, the kid working was friendly enough.. however I gave him a 20$ dollar bill and realized that he never rang up anything or told me my total or what I was getting back. Thought about it after the fact, (which was my bad) but definitely realized I didn't get my change which would've been about 8$ I'm guessing. 3 small iced coffees doesn't cost 20$!

Horrific customer service! The manager there cannot manage the employees and then when confronted the employees and walks away in mid conversation. Very juvenile. If you go there, just plan on not getting Good service. I’ve worked in the general manager of a food establishment for 24 years. I would never treat my guest this way. If you listen to the customer and it sounds reasonable, you should be able to take care of them.

I moved to penfield 2 years ago and I have always gone to this Dunkin! Everytime I go everyone is so kind, friendly, and speedy! Even when there are long lines (especially in the morning) and customers are giving the employees a hard time, the employees remain polite and patient. If anything is ever forgotten by mistaken (rarely!) they are always the first to apologize and correct the mistake (we’re humans and we all make mistakes so I’m never upset😊). Some of the employees look roughly high school/college aged, and they do a fantastic job despite also having to go to school all day, study, come home and go to work! The young man who did my mobile order on 2/9/25 was SO friendly and had such positive energy. He went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and gave me tips to make my ordering on the app easier! To anyone with dramatic negative reviews, please take a deep breath and give other human beings some grace. They are doing their best and sometimes humans make errors, that’s life! Kudos to Penfield Dunkin and all of their employees who never fail to make my day! Thank you😇

Got a Hot Chocolate and a coolatta, their speaker was broken so we ordered at the window where they clearly repeated our order. When at the window, we waited quite a while until they gave us the wrong order. We had to wait even longer for them to realize we were still there, and refused a refund due to "no managers on staff", I was told to come back tomorrow and talk to a manager if I wanted my refund. This is the only location I've ever had a problem at.

Not sure what's going on with this location. I feel like there is always like 25 people working inside and it TAKES FOR EVER to get orders. I see mostly people standing around chatting with little movement to get orders up. Drive-thru is the worse, SLOW.
