Got a Hot Chocolate and a coolatta, their speaker was broken so we ordered at the window where they clearly repeated our order. When at the window, we waited quite a while until they gave us the wrong order. We had to wait even longer for them to realize we were still there, and refused a refund due to "no managers on staff", I was told to come back tomorrow and talk to a manager if I wanted my refund. This is the only location I've ever had a problem at.

Not sure what's going on with this location. I feel like there is always like 25 people working inside and it TAKES FOR EVER to get orders. I see mostly people standing around chatting with little movement to get orders up. Drive-thru is the worse, SLOW.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plan bagel and got my sandwich with two bottoms of the bagel. It’s not too big of an issue but definitely annoying and very disappointing. People just standing around, order was sitting on the back counter done but wasn’t on the wire to go rack. Just disappointed

I like dunkin, but the service here is so slow - I do not recommend the drive thru. It took 20 minutes to get through 7 cars today! I thought maybe a complicated order was holding up the line but no, it still took ~4 minutes after pulling up to the window to receive a couple of untoasted bagels.

1st time the staff forgot what my order was. 2nd time the staff was openly annoyed that they had to go back and get more trays of donuts. Trays were empty and it wasn’t even busy on Saturday. Done with this location. I’ll try another. If the same I’ll drive the extra miles to Ridge Donut. Their donuts ? are awesome.

The floor here is sticky and everywhere your shoes step stick to the floor, the handle on the toilet (womens room) is busted off and is just a little nub and the handles for the sink don't technically shut off you have to find their sweet spot to shut the water off.

I ordered an ice latte, not an iced milk. Gross.. bad customer service , there workers were tossing trash in the dumpster and one of the bags broke and just left all the trash on the ground. Disgusting place

On Saturday, June 29th, 2024, at 4:09 pm, I experienced a discrepancy with my change at the drive-thru. After paying in cash, I noticed I received less change than expected for my $4.33 order. To ensure accurate transactions for all customers, I kindly request an investigation into this matter. I will be contacting corporate as well for a full resolution.

Jay and his staff at Penfield DUNKIN were absolutely incredible on Sunday 5/19. He took the time to help me find the order that I truly wanted. I get coffee a lot and haven’t been able to find my signature drink. Well Jay was kind, patient, compassionate and accommodated all of my requests. I will drive out to that Dunkin from chili to make sure I get what I want!

I used the drive thru and it was quick and easy. The server was pleasant and I was in and out in about 3 minutes. I had a specialty iced coffee, it was delicious.
