Me: Hi can i get a small coffe in a medium cup 3 sugar 3 cream om the side.
Employee: yes ofcource pull up to the next window.
Me: pulls up
Employee: hands me my drink.
Me: (in my head, “ kind of light”) can i get the stirrer thing and the creams.
Employee: isnt there any in there.
Me: “i see the stirrer” oh my fault i see it.
I pull up in the parking lot to check, there is 1 cream 2 sugars. 🤦♂️

Nice experience
I usually never care about things like this but for the entire year orders have always taken forever. It seems like the staff are always on a time crunch and I feel bad. In an empty drive thru you can expect to wait up to 5 minutes which isn't too bad. In a line with only 4 cars you can expect to wait around 20 minutes. I would not be posting this if other Dunkin Donuts did not have me out of there in 5 minutes or less even with a big line. That and I've had my order wrong on a few occasions. Overall seems very disorganized

6/14 at around 11am. Ordered a colada and tasted like there wasn't any sugar inside. Asked to remake it twice because it tasted bad and staff were rolling their eyes. Floor was disgusting too. Last time ever going there

The kids that work there are SO LOUD always screaming and fooling around . Its hard to enjoy what you get......and when someone comes in that they know you can't get anyone's attention to be helped......the adult employees are great

I love the Penfield location! They are closed for remodeling right now, and I have to say, I could not be more excited for them to open back up! I miss my morning coffee and donut! ☕?

Super friendly staff!!! They are always smiling and pleasant! The food has been awful lately. The croissants are old and very hard and have been like that for awhile now. Whomever is in charge needs to pay attention. Great people who work hard but the product isn’t fresh.

okay so usually the workers are super nice. and i work in food service so i understand how certain things can be frustrating. i was ordering from the passenger side and i asked “can you hear me am i loud enough” i didn’t get a response so i just started ordering. She seems a little short tempered and annoyed with me. I asked for two drink that both were the same and then i go “can one of those have cold foam” and she goes “um well you should have told me that before because now i have to delete what i just put and put it in separate” again, i work at Starbucks. it’s not that big of a deal to go and edit someone drink order at all. she obviously told me that bc she wanted me to know she was annoyed. Whatever. She just says “pull forward” in an annoyed tone. I try to be super nice bc i deal with rude customers all the time. So i didn’t really understand why she was acting that way. I get to the window, and she also goes to the window to tell me “next time come inside, it’s so hard to hear someone from the passenger side” in a condescending tone which yes i totally get. But that is why i asked a head of time can you hear me and she didn’t respond when i asked. Maybe she didn’t hear me ask that question. But i think she did. Also i have ordered from the passenger seat many times before and i understand it can be hard to hear but no one’s ever been rude to me because of it. AND i’ve ordered the two drinks one with cold foam drinks the same way also many times and no one has ever said anything about it. I understand her side but also i was trying so hard to be nice and she was just lacking customer service. Maybe she had a bad day who knows.
