Jersey Mike's Subs

Called in order and the last five times they screwed order up so I tried it again tonight lol and guess what happened you guessed it it was wrong again so what happened it use to be good I am a regular customer maybe time to change sorry for this review . They took my name down last time and still charged me $41.00 nice

Clean, quick, and kind. The team member Noah always is very friendly. They diligently clean the dining area. Hot subs always good.

The best sub chain and this location has some fast workers, they really crank out the subs here. Food is great, Im loving the Philly cheesesteak

Today was my first time visiting a Jersey Mike's. Fast, courteous service. My Combo sandwich was delicious and very fresh. I'll return soon!

Walked in and 4 or more people stood behind the counter and never greeted me. I stood there to order and nobody came to help me. I went down to the pickup area and asked if I order there and they said no go over where it says order here. To which I responded I did but none of you would wait on me. I go back and the owner (possibly) was super rude!!! Big guy with dark hair and a mustache! I started to order and he rudely says meat only I only do the meat and cheese! Then to top it off the rolls were stale and one of them was hard and crunchy at the end!!! Worst sub ever! Will never ever spend a dime at any of these establishments!! Another customer came in and was treated the same way!!! He had to actually argue with them to get is order!!! Worst service ever!!

New store location Penfield. Used B1G1 free coupon and 3 subs. Tried to charge me $48. When I questioned it, after arguing, final charged $24. Won’t go to that store again. I’ll go to Clinton.
