Big fan of the Utica greens amongst their other appetizers and entrees! Server was excellent. Well spoken and knew his stuff

First visit and we WILL return. Steak and pork chop were perfectly cooked, glazed carrots were amazing. Server was great, very friendly. Nice selection of wines. No room for dessert but they have a nice selection.

The food was good. The staff was nice and made effort but not the level of professionalism that would give 5 stars. I found the noise level to be overwhelming and making it difficult to enjoy myself and any conversation with my dinner party. I would not be opposed to going back but maybe in a smaller party so we didn't get seated in the bar area.

Out for dinner around 5:15p. Waitress was nice. Food portion was great for price. Service was kinda slow, but not terrible.
Random but the only thing I would say is the bread comes in bags. Which I don't understand if you're sitting, I wouldn't want to eat out a paper bag, but bread was definitely good !

Visited twice over four weeks for Happy Hour. Excellent appetizers, Meatballs, Artichoke French, and Lollipop Lamb Chops. Thumbs up to the $1 Oysters too. Best parking is behind the establishment.

We came here for dinner after hearing glowing reviews about the food, hoping for a lovely evening out. I wish I could say it lived up to the hype.

We arrived around 6:30pm and were promptly seated by a friendly hostess—so far, so good. Our server was kind and attentive, and I want to be clear: this review isn’t a reflection of his effort, which is why I gave 3 stars for his service. He did his best in what was clearly a chaotic environment.

🎶 Ambience? More like a nightclub. The music was blaring—loud and tasteless for a dinner setting. It made conversation difficult and set a jarring tone for the evening.

🍸 Cocktail bar with no cocktail menu? We waited 20 minutes just to place a drink order, only to find out there was no cocktail list. And espresso machine was down... I settled for water, confused and disappointed.

📜 Specials were rattled off like a monologue. No printed menu, no reference—just a long-winded explanation of 2 appetizers, 3 steak options, and 3 veal dishes. It took 15 minutes to get through it all, and we were expected to remember everything. Please, just print the specials.

⏳ The wait was endless. After placing our order, it took over 90 minutes for our food to arrive. We weren’t alone—other tables were visibly frustrated. At 7:30pm, the bartender announced the kitchen was closed due to being backed up. There were maybe 5–6 tables and a few bar seats occupied. How does that overwhelm a kitchen?

🥩 Dinner was a disaster. My husband ordered a Delmonico steak with baked potato and asparagus. Just before the food arrived, we were told they were out of potatoes—so fries it was. The steak came out well done instead of medium rare, and the asparagus? Never showed up. A good cut of meat, ruined.

🎂 A kind gesture, but too little too late. Nearing the 3-hour mark, our server offered us a complimentary slice of cake to make up for the wait. Sweet, but it took another 20 minutes just to bag our leftovers. I left for the car while my husband stayed behind to pay—another 15 minutes and two reminders later, he finally cashed out.

🐛 The final straw. The next day, I opened my leftovers to reheat them and found a massive bug in the food. It was wrapped in the same container from the restaurant—absolutely revolting. That was the nail in the coffin.

This place might be better earlier in the evening, but based on our experience, we won’t be returning. The server was kind, but the kitchen was clearly overwhelmed or disorganized. Three hours of waiting, a ruined meal, and a bug in my food? No thanks.

Horrible restaurant. Had to beg for a glass of water after sitting down. Almost no one in the restaurant on a Friday night at 7:00pm. Good bourbon selection. Meatball tasted like crap. Arancini was made with PANKO BREADCRUMBS! You CANNOT make arancini with PANKO! Arancini tasted awful as well. Chicken Milanese was so tough I had to tear it apart with force. This place is a disgrace to Italian cuisine.
