In all my time eating little Caesars, which included time as a traveling manager, I have never had or witnessed such incredible service. The young lady working counter was cheerful, communicating with the rest of the staff and waiting area, and in all ways exemplary. It was as if a Disney princess got lost in a pizzaria and made the best of it. Amazing.

made an order through their app, the person through DoorDash apparently just took my order for themselves. 2 hours of waiting and going through a call center, I will be refunded A WEEK AND A HALF FROM NOW. Honestly kinda crushed 😭
For 2 years I have gone to the one in Penfield because after a long day it's close and fast .. but for 2 years I have never received a fully cooked pizza and it's never cut what's the point of ordering if I have to re cook and cut... The Penfield store needs new Management cause this one sucks at there job..... Get your pizza together it's not hard..

Went with my papa to enjoy a nice pizza on a hot day, i was heavily disappointed. The pizza fell apart even though i ordered a full normal crust. It was so thin that you cant even cut, the thickness of the crust was rough to eat. Service was fast and food was affordable. 3 stars.
