Typical McDonald's food which is fine cause we know what we're paying for... But waiting for a cashier for what felt like 10 mins is crazy especially when nobody acknowledges you and you end up going to the Kiosk anyways. After ordering from the Kiosk my order took 25 mins for a 20 piece. They were more focused on the drive through like inside customers just don't exist anymore.

I'm officially done with this McDonald's. My family just waited 30 minutes in the curbside pickup for our app order. The drive through was wrapped around the building & we foolishly thought the curbside would be better. Never again. When we got home, we realized about HALF the order was missing. We were not going back & dealing with the chaos to get a few burgers. It would be one thing if we hadn't had issues here before, but I've lived here for 10 years & have had this location get my order correct ONCE in that time. Disgusted and done.

Please tell your night staff to clean. Having worked fast food this is really digusting. Do they cross contaminate to? Food is always squished or the order is done wrong in the morning.
Had to wait 30+ minutes during noon for previois orders and today during closing time for someone to even acknowledge me/give me my order. I wanted to ask for a big mac and fries. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me. At that point I wasnt hungry anymore. I work 1-10pm so I have to eat late.
Staff also was really rude and had an attitude to me despite the fact that I was being very polite. I never complain because I know fast food is hard, but just because you're miserable doesnt mean you treat people that way.

I am not here that often but when I do come they ALWAYS mess something up with my order and when you say something about an incorrect or wrong order every employee has an attitude. I also work in food service and the way this McDonald’s is being run is not how a business should be. Politely correct the customers order and move on. I will not be returning due to the poor customer service.
Hey, it's a McDonald's; they are what they are. However, this one is one step above most. What sticks out the most is the service. The staff is competent, friendly, and very responsive unlike many MacDees locations where you wonder if the people who work there are even alive. On several occasions I've spoken to managers at this location mentioning how much I like the service their workers provide compared to other locations. Sure, they can mess up once in a while when they are very busy but what do you expect? They are not perfect yet they work very hard to make their customers happy, again unlike many other locations I have visited. The food is good and the staff is competent and friendly. What more can you expect from fast food? One other thing of note: getting in and out of their location can be a bit tricky due to the configuration of their drive thru and drivers not understanding how to properly use it.

So that parking lot is horrible getting in and out of handicap spots and the way they have it built where you have to wait to get out of a parking spot because people are greedy in the Drive-Thru and can't let people in and be rebuilt or redesigned and have butter Common Sense on the In-N-Out of a business

Ordered a mcchicken with no lettuce, ticket says mcchicken with no lettuce yet what i got was a mcchicken with only lettuce im not mad just disappointed in you McDonalds empoyees just like all your parents are in your career path

I was just in your drive thru 4:50pm Tuesday I waited at the order area , no one took my order. I went to the first window to wait even longer for a extremely rude woman with glasses on to tell me “I watched you on the drive you you were there for a second” I was shocked at the the way she talked to me. Then told me I couldn’t order at that window. Maybe if you answer the drive-through order area that would’ve been an issue! I will never be returning to this McDonald’s and will be telling my friends to never come here. You can thank your rude employee for that.

I've had a few issues with food being wrong or food not given to me, but the last issue was the final straw. I ordered on app, paid for counter pick up. Went and tried picking up order. The store stated they didn't get the order, even with my receipt showing I just paid, they wouldn't give me my food. Told me to order again and first payment would be refunded. I ordered exacted same order and it cost more. Then they told me to wait 24 hours and money would be refunded. I waited and called again after it wasnt refunded. They told me it would be another 24 hours. I waited 2 days and now I'm being told they can't do anything to call the number on the app because it was an app order. Not sure why they couldn't have said that before while talking to 3 different people. They really don't care about the customer because they know there will be more. I don't usually leave a negative review, I just had to share this experience this time.

This store is awful …I usually order delivery breakfast on weekends . Today (which is typical) one of my sandwiches was incorrect) another time I ordered 3 sandwiches and only received 2 of them….they need to get their act together.
