If you spend $30 on 2 lunches to go, I expect spoons and forks in the bag as well as napkins.Considering I'm on the road, I called to express my concerns, Because I didn't have a fork for my salad or a spoon for my soup!!? I was told that I was gonna get something mailed to me....That was just told to me to please me? I wasnt looking for anything free, but why lie?

BE WARY THE SIDE SKIRT KILLER.
The food here is good. 5/5. Good staff! However, I’m now aware of literally *multiple* people who have hit the curb at this restaurant. Look at the pic—you wouldn’t think there is something wrong, but there is. The curb is very high here and unusually long; if you back into the spot adjacent it your natural tendency is to pull forward a bit and turn—then you smash your side skirt.
Panera needs to put a small post here at the end of the curb to show a driver they can’t turn. If my advice is implemented this will save deep heartache and pain for generations to come.

Waited over an hour for 1 drink in the drive thru. There were only 4 cars ahead of me. And I placed my order ahead. Would've gone in, but I had two kids in the car. Would've exited altogether but I was stuck in line and couldn't drive around since the lane is too narrow. This isn't the first time I've had a ridiculously long wait. I'm not sure why I keep giving them chances. By the time I finally got to the front, the order was wrong. It was one drink. Inexcusable. Terrible customer service too. The woman behind me was also debating driving over the curb to exit because honestly, it wasn't worth the wait.

Usually I am happy with my order but it has been inconsistent lately. The last few times the sandwich was not made the way it was in the past. My toasted garden caprese was mostly bread. One small slice of tomato and less than one slice of cheese and a touch of green. I almost went back to return it.

Very disappointed with breakfast today. Croissant dried out and old. Ham egg and cheese ok. Don't get fruit cup unless you like bland tasteless canned fruit mostly green rock hard melon and blah pineapple on top. Was early and quiet until a woman eating decided we all need to hear her loud speaker phone call. The croissant at BK tasted fresher.

I ordered broccoli cheddar soup and a baguette through the mobile app. They literally had to put two things in my bag, a cup of soup, and a baguette. They forgot my baguette. As well as utensils. 0/10 do not go here.

Today I went to Panera bread, and it was super busy today. In which, I can understand if they are a little behind on serving food or working. I ordered online and did a pickup. And it said it would be ready by 12:45. I didn't end up getting my food until 1:00 P.M, which is only 15 minutes, doesn't really bother me but still I had to wait. In the duration of the time waiting for my food to be ready, the kitchen staff kept quickly putting food on the table and some what being rude to many people. Again I understand that your busy, it doesn't mean it's the customers fault or deserved to be served like that. Finally, I've gotten my food and I got a large sandwich, and it was more of a very small sandwich. Especially for the price I paid not worth it. Over all the food was very tasty and good. So besides that my experience here wasnt very pleasant. If you would like to go to Panera, please consider these things that could come with it. But the food was good.
Service was quick and friendly. Joined the Sip club and got a free strawberry Basil lemonade and it's delicious!

I ordered a spicy chicken fiesta sandwich and sat down to awaiting my order. The sandwich was mostly just bread with very little filling. I was disappointed. The cost for the meal was definitely not worth the money I spent. I will not return to this location.
