Today I went to Panera bread, and it was super busy today. In which, I can understand if they are a little behind on serving food or working. I ordered online and did a pickup. And it said it would be ready by 12:45. I didn't end up getting my food until 1:00 P.M, which is only 15 minutes, doesn't really bother me but still I had to wait. In the duration of the time waiting for my food to be ready, the kitchen staff kept quickly putting food on the table and some what being rude to many people. Again I understand that your busy, it doesn't mean it's the customers fault or deserved to be served like that. Finally, I've gotten my food and I got a large sandwich, and it was more of a very small sandwich. Especially for the price I paid not worth it. Over all the food was very tasty and good. So besides that my experience here wasnt very pleasant. If you would like to go to Panera, please consider these things that could come with it. But the food was good.

I ordered a spicy chicken fiesta sandwich and sat down to awaiting my order. The sandwich was mostly just bread with very little filling. I was disappointed. The cost for the meal was definitely not worth the money I spent. I will not return to this location.

Why is this location always out of bread for a side? And won’t substitute any other bread? Who wants to eat tomato soup with chips? They should offer other bread! Ridiculous for the prices!

Sandwiches were made wrong-didn’t even put turkey on the turkey sandwich!! Used app/went through drive thru. Placed order 27 minutes before we got it. Drove home and were so disappointed. Never again. Overpriced and not even correct!!

So we ordered a med veggie which is supposed to be vegetarian. They gave us a sandwich with American cheese and ham.But they gave us a whole different order. WHAT. like they even put on the receipt that it was a med veggie. HOW CAN YOU GET THIS WRONG. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. We normally go to the Panera near our house but one time we got to Pensfield this happens.

So they open at 6, I stop for a breakfast item (egg souffle) at 730am only to be told, oh sorry we don't make those till later.... like when, lunch time? Sad!! No one wants to do the job they're paid to do anymore... sad sad sad!!
