The experience was amazing, the owner took his own time to help out me and my family, we were really satisfied with our service and we will definitely be back soon sooner. we usually went to Mark’s, but then we tried Perry’s, it was way better and more importantly the customer service was fantastic. The owner took his own time to talk to me and my family, and make sure that we were satisfied. I would highly recommend to anyone else looking for a great quality pizza. Perry’s Penfield is best!

Charging nearly $30 just to split wing sauces shows greed, not service. Most places do this for free or a small fee — here you pay almost double and get fewer wings. Worse, their “lemon pepper” wings tasted plain, with no real seasoning. Butter wings at best, lemon, salt & pepper are all absent.
There’s also nowhere to sit, so you overpay for food that’s neither good nor convenient. If you value your money and your meal, look elsewhere. Perri’s Pizza puts profit over basic customer respect. Spend wisely — skip this place.

ABSOLUTELY RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!! Terrible customer service. And if your whole order is screwed up, they will NOT make anything right. They literally tell you it is not their problem and hang up! Go to marks right across the road!!!!! Perris will leave you with potential food poisoning!!!!

Pizza was soggy and undercooked. Wings were nearly RAW! They don’t include blue cheese either, which wouldn’t help because the wings were cold and raw inside so we couldn’t eat them anyway. Called to complain and was told they could “provide a free blue cheese” next order. Told them about wings and they said sorry, not our problem. Very rude employees. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place!

Had take out so haven’t been to the restaurant in person, but I was surprised at how good this place’s food is! The pizza is thicker but packed with flavor, garlic parm wings were exceptional, some of the best I’ve had. Will definitely consider for parties and get togethers in the future.

We ordered pizza and wings at 1 to be picked up at 5:45. It was Halloween but they were a mess. Lost our order and never even made the wings. Now the kids get to miss half of trick or treating and they refused a refund. What a mess. I’ll just go across the street to Marks from here on out.
