Normally a fine experience with this Starbucks, though it’s far from being one of the better ones in the area. However a particularly rude barista works at this location, I walk in for a mobile order that’s finished knowing I’d likely need to wait on a nitro coffee I stand at the counter to get their attention in which I’m met with a sneer and asked if I’m Melissa, I chuckle it off correcting it as Michelle, which I’m replied to as “it’s the same thing” and then promptly mansplained that my nitro coffee is going to go flat in seconds and that’s why I needed to wait on it and I should be patient, mind you I never once complained, was just met with automatic hostility and frustration.
As someone in the service industry, word to the wise, don’t misplace your anger to a customer who just arrived and was not the source of your anger. Do better.

Starbucks has ample dining space, available parking and clean, accessible restrooms... it's a comfortable place for socializing with friends, working alone or for any reason really. I'm not a huge fan of their coffee, thus the 4 stars on the food, as I don't typically get anything else here. That said, it's a generally recognized place for meet ups, so I regularly suggest it, given it's convenient location

This location is always my favorite. They help me whenever I need help and the drinks are always consistently amazing. My real favorite reason for going here is the staff. Never have I ever been to another Starbucks with staff as nice as they are here.

Update: Just got a reply from what was labeled Owner. It said in a nutshell to reach out to his team and left a link. If I was the owner I would have already talked to my team as to why a customer said he couldn't order something in his store because it had insects crawling on the pastries, cake, brownies, etc.
My original review:
My wife wanted to stop there to get coffee. They have a case where you order coffee that contains pastries and the sort. Which I had planned on ordering when we decided to go there. After seeing flying insects flying around the inside of the vase and scurrying on the items inside the case we decided to pass passed on those. Just had coffee. Three stars because the coffee and service was fine. Although most likely will not go back. There are other more cleaner places to go if you want food too.

I like to order the brown sugar shaken espresso but I like extra oat milk in it. I’ve experienced baristas refuse to add extra oat milk which is kinda wild because it’s ONLY this Starbucks location. Additionally, the drink in general frequently just tastes bad than other places. I’m not sure if their espresso is bad or if they’re not putting in the correct ingredient portions, but it’s pretty consistently subpar. So instead, I typically get iced coffee but they’ve been out of stock for that lately which is insane considering this place is supposed to be a coffee shop? The only redeeming quality is the interior and parking lot is nice.

Hello, you guys made me the best pink drink, it had an exquisite balance of dog pee and and horse balls, and my lemon loaves icing had a nice amount of cat pee, my personal favorite though was the dog tail smoothie, you have clearly outdone yourselves. Thank you for your time!

Came to this Starbucks after a bit of time and noticed change in decor since I last visited and not to the betterment. Definitely doesn’t look anything like the pictures when google search the location. The decor seems to more for trying to keep it clean at the cost of a homely coffee pit stop. Was in a hurry and hence didn’t take photos. Service was abominable - I had ordered ahead. Coffee was ready but no bagel ( not a pun). Waited for 5 m. My name was in progress on the tv panel. When I asked for my bagel the person who had made several trips to mobile order station before just casually picked the already prepared bagel. So i wasted 5 minutes of my time while this gentleman was on the cash register. And there were 2 other barristas that were not busy. And this delay wasn’t just for me. Maybe avoid while Starbucks gets its act together in this location?

This location is very near my house. I walk about 1 mile to it. I order my coffee and receive it; as I only have hot coffee and it comes quickly. Other selections would be picked up at the other end. If you have the app and make an mobile order, you will received as you walk in. The time I usually go for coffee is when the high schoolers are there to order and the line grows longer. It is still handled quickly, which is cool, as I have to catch a bus and there are minutes before it comes!I don't order any of the food selections as they are costly and since I am watching my weight, these selections are not in my diet. I haven't really heard any bad comments about their food selections, so maybe they are worth buying. The place is handicap accessible, except for the entrance. Wheelchairs have to have help to get in the door. Some tables are marked with the handicap symbol and these tables are nice to sit at and be close to the table. The legs are at the corners of the table versus a column in the center. The bathrooms are awesome, they are marked unigender or for either sex to use. They are clean and the soap dispenser had soap and to dry hands had an electric blower. It is quiet to do work on your computer or to meet a friend and have a conversation. That is so nice for me , I get distracted with my ADD.The parking has a space in front just for the mobile app and other spaces for handicapp parking. There are plenty of spots towards the rear of the parking lot. To leave the parking lot, sometimes, it is easier to go to the back way and either turn right and leave by Dunkin Donuts or to the left and leave to Liberty Street or through Marks Pizza to gain access to either Five Mile line or Penfield Road. If you leave Star Bucks to Penfield Road, you might have to 1) wait a long time or 2) almost get into an accident. My friend left that way and had a fender bender! It is so close to the traffic light that the traffic does build up.I had a cashier that was deaf and had a wonderful attitude. I tried some of my asl signs and she laughed because one sign was wrong. I apologized and she was so kind and said that at least she had a laugh for the day. Most people are quick and have a good attitude for customer service. So that is why I go there more than Dunkin Donuts.
