Morning people are great, evening? Not so much. Just ordered 3 drinks and at least 2 of the 3 are wrong and missing items that are supposed to be in them. No brown sugar flavor in the brown sugar shaken espresso, or the extra stuff I asked for. Ordered a vanilla bean frappe with mocha and strawberry puree, I'll let you guess what was missing.

I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for my drink. The app told me 15 minutes. This happens at this location frequently. I would not go here if you don't want your day ruined, I left while waiting to go to a doctors appointment and when I came back they called it after i had walked in.

My daughter went to this location tonight 11/05/23. She placed an order for 6 drinks and 1 cake pop. 2 of the drinks were totally wrong the first one was grande strawberry acai lemonade and tasted like straight lemon juice. The second drink was a grande ice coffee with 4 shots of espresso and 5 pumps of caramel with heavy cream and salted caramel cold foam all that was in the cup was cream and espresso no caramel. We drove 30 mins to get these drinks. When we called the manager or whoever answered was rude and said no refund or credit would be given cause apparently they don't do that

I love this Starbucks! The baristas are all so friendly and welcoming, always get my drink order correct, and work quick and efficiently! I definitely choose this location over several others in the area.

The girl that waited on me called me sir. I am very obviously a woman, and not a bad looking one, if I do say so. Then I asked repeatedly for a napkin and was totally ignored by the woman who handed me my coffee. She was about 2 feet away from me. Finally, a young man answered me. I guess this is what happens when people unionize.

Order drinks for my wife and myself, my wife is severely lactose intolerant. I ordered an americano and she had a chai latte with oat milk. After consuming her drink she became violently ill. Nothing like spending ALL afternoon in the bathroom because you wanted to stop at Starbucks. I contacted the store and spoke with a manager who told me “ sometimes this happens”. Makes me think that they regularly don’t make drinks the correct way or they enjoy poisoning their customers. The worst customer service, I would avoid at all costs.

I ordered a drink, and when it was hand it to me, it didn’t look like what I usually get at the other Starbucks, so I asked a lady to just refund me. She asked for a manager and told her manager that I wanted a refund because I said it didn’t look like the picture, I thought that was very condescending. The manager just refunded me, didn’t even look at me or even offer an apology. They can keep their Starbucks. There’s plenty other ones out there that can actually make the correct beverage and surprisingly enough look like the picture they advertise.
