I usually love Tim Hortons. Not today. The staff was ignoring the counter inside. Not just me. An older couple was in front of me trying to get service. I left.The secret must be only go in the morning. This was about 1pm.

Tim Hortons is great!! I especially love all of their different flavors for both drinks and baked goods!. Only reason I took a star off is because I don’t like how when you order a size of latte it is the next size down than what you’d expect (example: if you order a medium iced latte, you get a small). At places like Dunkin for instance, if you order a medium iced latte, you get a medium iced latte. I just think asking over $4 for a medium iced latte, you shouldn’t get a small.. Other than that Tim Hortons is great with everything else they have to offer!.

I usually order drive thru, and occasionally go inside to order. I don't know what it is about this specific Tim Hortons, but compared to others in town the people working here are great. Above and beyond kindness and efficient service, and the food is consistently good too. Whatever the manager and staff are doing here they're doing it right and a great job. Great way to start a day with friendly greetings even if it is just through drive through. Thank you!

I would not recommend eating here. They have so much turnover of employees. I was eating here one time and the fire alarm went off because someone put water on a panini maker. Another time one of the workers was in a hurry and made food I wasn't even going to order, they just assumed my order. This last time, I put in an order for a few sandwiches and boy was that a fiasco. The employee that took my order was very scared and couldn't tell the difference between chocolate milk and regular milk and forgot my doughnut. I had to go back to the counter to get my doughnut. Then the employee that made my food was a hot mess. I forgot her name but she has blue hair and some piercings. I think she has some major psychological problems due to the fact that I would talk to her and she would seem like she is somewhere else mentally. I had to tell her three times to make my food. She ended up making one of the sandwiches I ordered but the second sandwich I had to tell her like 4 times to make it. I just got a refund and got the managers number.Even getting the managers number was a mess. She asked me if I wanted the supervisors number or the district managers. I said the supervisors number and she gave me both. Hire better people. I am never coming back here again.

Drive thru line looked too long. But they have an amazing system to clear the line. You can’t escape the dream thru once you’re in line. But, didn’t matter as they were quick and accurate.

My friends and I go every Sunday . We love it there. The coffee & bfast is a always good, always smiley faces and my fav is there custard donut and grilled cheese on panini!They never rush us out and we’re always there over an hour.

Not impressed. Labor Day weekend and they are dead as heck. If you have supervisor on your sleeve maybe take a moment to greet your guests. I had 3 employees walk by me and my mother acting as if they are busy with no drive through customers and no one at the register. This is not a busy environment with 7 employees on. Not a hello, a be with you soon or anything. It takes a rare breed to work in food service , but at $15 an hour I would think the work ethic would be better.

This is THEE place that I tell my staff about when it comes to customer service and efficiency. The morning team is absolute rock stars. Quick and precise. Everytime. This is where I get my coffee, everyday. Even when my wife has a fresh pot, I go to Tims Penfield.I cant believe the recent reviews can possibly pertain to this location. It is by far the best of the local Tims. Isabel, Olivia, Linda and Co. The whole crew rocks!!Hiring is brutal these days. There is no work force. This store overcomes that with hustle. Give em the love they deserve.

Any donut I asked for was not available. The girl taking order was clearly bothered that I was even ordering anything. Very monotone voice, I get to pay window. I asked her why she acts as if she is being bothered? She said its because we are short of help. I told her thats no excuse to treat a customer like that. I am a nurse and God knows we work short and have very irate patients and so much to do. But I still greet that patient with a smile. They never know I am bothered by being overworked.

On May 5, 2023 at approximately 6:30, I entered the restaurant and according to the sign on the door, the restaurant was to stay open until 7:00. I could hear people conversing in the back kitchen area yet no one came to the front where I was. I waited for several minutes and I finally walked out. After I drove away, I attempted to call the manager at the restaurant to explain what I experienced. The time I called was 6:46 which was while the restaurant was still open. No one answered the phone and as a result, I gave up.From a public relations standpoint, this is not good business practice. If Tim Hortons employees are not attentive to customers entering the restaurant, the result will be loss of business.Because of what I have experienced, I will never go to this restaurant again. If I did not have to select any number of stars, I would have preferred to have given zero stars.
