The hours here and on the website say until 8pm, but me and some friends got to the bowling alley right at 7pm. We were told that customers were not allowed to start on a lane after 7. We assured the woman that we would leave by 8 since that was closing but she didn't allow us to get a lane. I checked my phone as we were leaving (after talking to her) and it said 7:03pm so yes, we were actually there before 7.
Frankly she really didn't seem to care even though we were unaware of this policy - which again isn't noted on Google or their website. We left feeling disappointed and not wanting to come back.

Process for bowling are fantastic, atmosphere is very family fun and staff is wonderful highly recommend for some good family time and great food not your average bowling alley food (so much better)!!

Unbelievably ridiculous service...... Never again will come here and eat. Been waiting for 1 hour and 45 min for an order of pretzel bites and loaded nachos. I haven't any idea what the issues you folks are having but FIGURE IT OUT. However th food is good. Just really blows seeing everyone else's food come out before yours.??????

My sister in law posted a review yesterday regarding a pizza pickup and it has since been taken down. Yesterday myself and my brother came to your establishment to pick up a pizza, a young girl took my money and told me it would be 5 min and the wings would be done, a friend of ours walked in and while talking to him an order came out and was given to him by the same girl that took my money for that order. After he left and knew that he took our pizza your employee tries calling my phone to tell me my order was taken by someone else instead of walking out and telling me! I understand people make mistakes but there are 2 things wrong with this issue. Number 1 our friend was mortified when he came back that he had taken our order and your staff was willing to ride the train that he's at fault for making this mistake?? Seriously!?? The same girl 10 minutes earlier took my name and money and in that time frame hands it to someone else while there's only 3 people in there! Number 2 , how is it sanitary or legal to let someone else take our order for 30 minutes, bring it back and just hand it to the correct person and expect that to be ok?! Maybe the health department should be notified of this? To top it off you were ok with charging us the full amount for a pizza that's now 90 min old. I'm pissed. We've ordered from you plenty of times and have get togethers at your place , AND IT WILL BE THE LAST TIME WE DO BUSINESS WITH YOU!!

Leagues start in an hour and a half, but wouldn’t allow my family to bowl. Arrived before 4:30pm, was turned away due to league night at 6pm. Lanes completely empty except 1. I would’ve ensured our family of 3 was done by 5:30pm. Thanks for turning us away.
