Prices decent. Lots of choices. Convenient location and hours. Homemade mac n cheese and deserts. Needs music in the dining room!

Refused service to a Veteran because of a service dog. Demanded to see the service dog's papers. This is not legal. You can only ask if it is a service dog and what job or skill it is trained to do. You can NOT ask for papers or proof of disability.

Had to leave because they asked for my service dogs license. Which is not legal to ask for the license. They can ask two questions. The owner should really check the laws. They claim they were told they was told by food inspectors to ask for the physical licensing card. So both the restaurant and the food safety inspectors broke the law today. Meanwhile a couple just walk out with a cat in a carrier that had no service vest or identifiers on the carrier. Made me start to believe it could have been even racialally related.

Really unique seating arrangement, kind of feels like the whole room is at one table despite being separated. Low tin ceiling means you can see the painted tin. Offers garbage plate with a lot of customization possible. Large portions that cause people to exclaim often. Server (possibly Sarah?) was sassy and kind in equal measure, like a spicy chicken sandwich with fries.
Not a place to go with a large group, but seats 1-4 easily.
Parking: Parking is unstriped, little awkward to park but you can figure it out eventually.

Excellent portions, I couldn't finish the fries, there were so many but very tasty and crisp. The Albert Burger was delicious, sloppy and fun to eat. Our server, Shawna, was an excellent friendly and very responsive, perky, pleasant, help ready with a fresh pot of coffee. The atmosphere is quaint and cozy... Love it, an all American diner!!
