“Wandered into Wolf Creek Deli after another rough afternoon fighting an opossum for half a gas station hot dog. Immediately knew this place would be a local gem.

Their sandwiches and quesadillas are excellent, but the homemade soups are the main event. Absolutely DELICIOUS. Made from scratch. Warm, creamy, and comforting. Much better than the mysterious liquids I’ve been drinking out of a Campbell’s soup can behind the bowling alley.

Then I discovered the homemade cookies. ENORMOUS. Bought one for later, ate it immediately. Went right back for another and told them it was for my children. I do not have children.

Five stars. Left with crumbs in my fur and a renewed sense of purpose. Will absolutely return no matter how many times they tell me I can’t bring my own Tupperware and fill it directly from the soup pot.
