Best time in a long time !! We were heading to Elmira for a hockey game and randomly chose the lumber yard for a late lunch early dinner, We got there around 2 on a Saturday. The waitress, Chris was great , very friendly, very informative . The food was excellent I had the big cut of prime rib, no bone , hardly any fat just meat ! The price of the meals where a little more than expected. The food was good but I have had better.Parking: Out back behind the restaurantWheelchair accessibility: Not vary there are a few tables that a wheelchair can access witch is only 20% of the restaurant

If you wanna take some folks out to a fancy place in Perry, the lumber yard, is it.The décor is kitsch and the food pretty standard fare for a steak-houe-ish sorta place. 3 out of the 4 people in my party had fish fry, which was a lot of food.The last person had chocolate peanut butter cake, and they said it was rich. They were also impressed that the coffee came in cute little glass footed cups.Lots of parking.
