“We had such a great experience here. Great selection of ciders ranging from dry to sweet. Prices are amazing. I ordered a flight of 5, all were delicious. Ample seating inside and outside. I highly recommend sitting on the deck next to the babbling brook - very relaxing. The owner was so friendly and kind, he came around to check on all the customers. They also have free popcorn, which was a nice touch. 5 minutes away from Letchworth, worth a stop after a day of hiking.”

You get your own ice cream (you can choose multiple!), with whatever toppings you'd like, and pay by the weight! Everything is homemade from the pasta, bread and the salad dressing. The portions are generous and the prices are really good. Definitely a must try if you like fresh homemade pasta. “On March 3rd 2023, I had an appointment at 6 to pick up cupcakes it was a snow storm, my phone died and I did not know where I was going, so I was late she was so understanding and so nice about me being almost an hour late. The cupcakes were so good and looked great!!!! I will definitely go back!!!!!”

“Amazing gluten free options for a celiac!! The owner is super knowledge and friendly and knows what's safe. She explains anything you ask in a very detailed manor. I asked if stuff had oats and she said yes but she gets them shipped from Canada because those specific oats she uses is guaranteed to not be cross contaminated. She makes everything herself and wants to give an amazing option for us celiacs.”

“Soup AND Salad WITH Bread, in addition to your meal ... in one word, YUM! Upon entry, we felt like we were stepping into a different dimension and simpler times. Candlelit tables and dim sconces on the walls provided a warm, inviting vibe. Surprisingly, the server who greeted us knew us by name and warmly welcomed us to the National Hotel. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly and had a great sense of humor. The meal was coursed out perfectly and we enjoyed every bite. Stuffed mushrooms to start were piping hot and flavorful in a ramekin of butter. The hottest thing in Cuylerville was the freshly baked bread-in-a-bag! Perfect to get every morsel of mushroom soup out of our bowls. Usually you have to choose between soup OR salad, not here! We got a fresh greens garden salad following the soup! Our main entrées of steak were perfectly cooked to temp and tasted great with the red wine. The mashed potatoes were fluffy, flavorful and satisfying. Peanut butter and chocolate pie brought our experience to a close. To wrap up the evening, we got to thank the chef and her husband for an amazing dining experience. This is one of a kind gem and we look forward to our next visit. Bring a loved one, go for a special date night or just stop in to treat yourself. You will not be disappointed.”

“Great little pizza shop with great flavorful pizza. Pepperoni has a little spice to it yet even my picky child who doesn't tolerate much spice loved it and ate it up. Both children enjoyed the big, thin slices. Would definitely get pizza from here again if ever back in the area.”

“If you wanna take some folks out to a fancy place in Perry, the lumber yard, is it.The décor is kitsch and the food pretty standard fare for a steak-houe-ish sorta place. 3 out of the 4 people in my party had fish fry, which was a lot of food.The last person had chocolate peanut butter cake, and they said it was rich. They were also impressed that the coffee came in cute little glass footed cups.Lots of parking.”

Travis makes amazing dishes to pair with a wide variety of domestic and European wines. This place could be dropped into NYC, Rome, or Paris and be successful but instead it sits in Perry Ny alongside silver lake brewing,Letchworth state park and so much more! Visit Ration you won’t regret it!”

Super crispy, the mild was a perfect amount of spicyness which says a lot because I’m extremely sensitive too the spice.This place is old but in a great way.
