“I am in Nunda just about every weekend and is a sad time when I can't get there once. Have had several different categories of food and all have been awesome. Owner is super friendly and knows alot of people by name. Is a good place to stop if your in the area.”

“Wandered into Wolf Creek Deli after another rough afternoon fighting an opossum for half a gas station hot dog. Immediately knew this place would be a local gem.

Their sandwiches and quesadillas are excellent, but the homemade soups are the main event. Absolutely DELICIOUS. Made from scratch. Warm, creamy, and comforting. Much better than the mysterious liquids I’ve been drinking out of a Campbell’s soup can behind the bowling alley.

Then I discovered the homemade cookies. ENORMOUS. Bought one for later, ate it immediately. Went right back for another and told them it was for my children. I do not have children.

Five stars. Left with crumbs in my fur and a renewed sense of purpose. Will absolutely return no matter how many times they tell me I can’t bring my own Tupperware and fill it directly from the soup pot.

“The prices have come up-( what hasn't!?) but the portion size and quality are still top notch! I love the fries! Huge portion enough for two- or three! Beef on Weck not on the menu but it is served here!”

“We skied here 20 years ago and took all the kids back now that they are grown, everyone had a great time. The staff was helpful & friendly! We enjoyed our drinks and food at the restaurant in the lodge and found Swain Resort to be affordable for such a big family! Hopefully we’ll come back sooner than 20 years 😍”
