Service is good but the way they have the counter set up blocks their view of customers at the counter - so you either have to get an employees attention or wait until they notice you. If they are working any of the food prep or drive through, they can’t see anyone stand at the counter. They need to move stuff around for better visibility.
This dunkin actually cares about their customers. If you mess something up in your order they'll fix it with no complaint. The always get our coffee correct. They're only human and can mess up on orders sometimes but they'll gladly fix their mistake and won't let you leave disappointed. Their staff are always friendly and understanding. Hands down the best dunkin in livingston county. Keep up the good work ?

Best dunkin in the area. Staff is friendly, efficient, and makes a great cup of coffee. Always a quick wait even when they are busy. There is some indoor seating located in the gas station if you want to sit and enjoy your coffee and food. The drive thru is a little tight just be aware if you have a larger vehicle.
