I don't believe the employees at this Dunkin understand how brewing coffee works. You can't remove any coffee from the pot until the brew is finished. They have a habit of not having coffee ready, so they just put your cup in the coffee maker while it's brewing and you get this black sludge that you can't drink. You obviously can't blame these kids that work there becase they probably don't drink coffee and they aren't properly trained.

Stopped in on 3 separate occasions to find no counter help. After waiting I hear"be with you shortly" turned into me walking out. Poor management & even worse employees. Corporate should be notified of this sad representation of your brand.

Best dunkin in the area. Staff is friendly, efficient, and makes a great cup of coffee. Always a quick wait even when they are busy. There is some indoor seating located in the gas station if you want to sit and enjoy your coffee and food. The drive thru is a little tight just be aware if you have a larger vehicle.

This dunkin actually cares about their customers. If you mess something up in your order they'll fix it with no complaint. The always get our coffee correct. They're only human and can mess up on orders sometimes but they'll gladly fix their mistake and won't let you leave disappointed. Their staff are always friendly and understanding. Hands down the best dunkin in livingston county. Keep up the good work ?I've always liked Dalton Dunkin best but today they botched my order and I do believe it was personal. They burnt my sweet black pepper bacon sandwich, purposely. I was the only person in line, I asked for less ice in my coffee and they put one piece of ice in. And I feel like it was personal. Employees should stay professional at all times while working. You shouldn't botch a customers order just because of a personal issue. If this happens again I will be addressing it personally. I don't spend my money to have it wasted on burnt food anda warm iced latte!!

Covid aside, hire people who pay attention and actually want to work. Waste of times and a waste of money going to this location.

Service is good but the way they have the counter set up blocks their view of customers at the counter - so you either have to get an employees attention or wait until they notice you. If they are working any of the food prep or drive through, they can’t see anyone stand at the counter. They need to move stuff around for better visibility.
