I just stopped here with my partner and our son. I really had to use the bathroom so my partner dropped me off in front and then went to park. When I went inside I was "greeted" by a very rude woman who said "that's not a public restroom." I can't speak to the quality of the food because after being treated so disrespectfully we decided to eat elsewhere. If you're looking for a friendly atmosphere this is not the place to go.

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service is absolutely trash. I order eggs and the eggs were still raw. The serve never once greeted my table no nothing. All she wanted to do was stand around n watch the TV. The proceeded to talk bad about my complant to ANOTHER TABLE. Like really I won't be back.

I visited this place while on a road trip, and had a nice time. The service wasn't so professional, but the homestyle cooking was very good, like grandma away from home. And the mozzerella sticks- definitely the best mozzerella sticks I've ever tasted.
Literally, just left Astoria to go to the restaurant 4 minutes down the road because of the unprofessional service received here today! My fiance and I were heading out for lunch and decided to stop in to this establishment. Not one customer was in the restaurant and I do not wonder why. After we placed our order the older lady behind the counter told our waitress "I just tell them there is a restaurant 4 minutes up the road to get rid of them!"Well, she got what she wanted and we will not go back!!
