I visited this place while on a road trip, and had a nice time. The service wasn't so professional, but the homestyle cooking was very good, like grandma away from home. And the mozzerella sticks- definitely the best mozzerella sticks I've ever tasted.
Another nice little diner in the Northern Finger Lakes area. They have been operating in Phelps for a long time. Typical diner comfort food, so far everything we have had there was very tasty. The waitstaff is friendly and very attentive. The only drawback is they are cash only .
