The hotel was built in 1866 The food and service was very good All six of us where very happy with our dinners. Phelps Hotel need a remodel but the food and service is great . We will be back, PS check out Phelps Hotel Facebook page for their Ghost Hunting Tours in the 3 floors of rooms Ghost Hunting Tours are always sold out call ahead and make Rez ( only 20 Ghost Hunting students at a time )
We used the banquet hall and I felt like it wasn't very clean. The bathroom didn't feel clean and it was very cold. The food and drinks were really good though so it depends on what you are going for

We had the prime rib dinner tonight. Served with choice of potato (I chose garlic smashed), vegetable mix (perfectly cooked, not soggy at all), tossed salad and the homemade dinner rolls... OMG, so warm and tasty! The whole dinner was beyond excellent! The staff was very attentive, especially our waitress, Naomi. She was awesome. Very pleased with the dining experience and definitely will go back.
