I stop at the rest area just to go to Shake shack. I only had cash as I forgot my card. There are 3 lines for card and 1 for cash. The lady at the counter asked if I was paying cash and as I replied yes, she told me because Im paying cash and she is busy, she will not have time to take my order. So I should come back another day. Basically and long as it took her to tell me that, she could have e taken my 1 cheeseburger order. Will never eat there again

Food was tasty. Served fast, even though it was dinner time at a highway rest stop. Workers looked tired, but were still friendly. There really weren’t many places to sit (it shares space with a Starbucks). There are some seats outside, but it was hot and humid, so outside wasn’t an option. Regardless, it’s fast food, right off the Thruway, and it was just as delicious as any stand alone Shake Shack.

Absolutely fantastic burger. The milkshake was fantastic as well. Crinkle fries were out of this world. Perfect amount of crunch but soft potato inside. 1st time eating here and I'll definitely be back.
