This bakery is an absolute gem! You can truly taste the love and care put into every item by the owner Lisa and her team! Everything is always fresh and flavorful!! from the baked goods to the little details that make each visit special. The quality is consistent, the atmosphere is welcoming (such a cozy spot), and the staff is incredibly friendly and passionate about what they do. If you’re looking for authentic, homemade treats that feel comforting and special, this place is a must-visit. I highly recommend it!! you won’t be disappointed!

Not sure if I'm just unlucky, the pastries I bought tasted like old stale pastries. Specially the croissant. The crust is not flaky at all, and the inside is not soft nor moist like a true croissant should be. The 50cents croissant from Costco tasted 1000x better.

Just giving an honest feedback. Plus it's my first time here. Not sure if I just came at the wrong time or this is how their pastries are like.

Everything is just hard and dry to me. Like a store bought pastries eg from Tops store.

My husband and I were recently in the area to pick up some furniture and we popped into this little delight of a bakery for a quick coffee and snack. The quality of bakes we found in this cute little bake shop easily surpasses what we found in bakeries all over the world (we eat a lot of pastries). They made the best cinnamon roll I have ever had in my life and their fresh baked bagels are better than anything I ever found in New York City. This bakery alone is worth traveling to Phelps for. We can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve been longing to find a small town coffee shop/bakery ever since I moved to the Rochester area… being from Iowa Rochester is a big change.. when I found this place I was like.. THIS IS IT.. and they for sure lived up to what I expected.. and more.. the red headed cashier was very sweet.. the food was perfect. Along with the coffee.. I’ll sure sure be back :)

I stop by here once or twice a week and absolutely love their baked goods! I’ve tried a variety of different things and have loved them all. They have something different for everyone of all ranges.

Everything is homemade which makes it even better & They also have a variety of gluten free things for people that can’t tolerate gluten! They are also priced very very well.

Staff is very friendly and they are always open to making something if you request it, which I love!

I treat myself once a week to a bagel to bring to work in the morning and a sweet treat for lunch later on. The bagels are huge and delicious! They have a big selection of treats to choose from, I always have trouble deciding! The ladies there are so friendly and the shop is quaint and cute! I love looking around while waiting for my bagel to cook!
