Greet food; very reasonable portions to not feel stuffed. Excellent cocktails. Sunset views from the patio are impressive. Service was very personable with helpful recommendations. Parking was a little challenging with a wedding and the Hudson Valley Theater Festival on site but helpful staff in the lot got us to a spot.
We had an excellent meal of mixed Mediteranean appetizers, flank steak and lamb on skewers, key lime mousse, and some wine before seeing an HSVF performance of Roger Akroyd (which was also very good).
As always, The Valley was a wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion. In this case, the chef and wait staff went above and beyond to make my father's 90th birthday brunch memorable. Everyone was attentive and thoughtful, and the chef surprised us with a delicious birthday key lime tart at the end. Took some beautiful scenic photos from the porch to commemorate the day and left smiling. Thank you!!!
