I don't know what to do here, but I thought you should know that if people are looking for their mediocre pizza fix, they should NOT go to High Falls in Philmont. I've been going there for 18 years in its various incarnations. Last night I went with my sister and her family. They served us drinks and brought us a salad in good time, but then we sat. And sat. We asked about our food when I managed to grab my waitress who was ignoring us. She said it was coming. After 45 minutes of watching others' plates pass us by, we dropped some money on the table and left. Someone laughed. The waitress wouldn't make eye contact. The only difference between this time and all the other times I'd been there? I was with my trans niece.

I had the meatballs and garlic bread and the goat cheese salad which were fantastic! A couple of beers really topped off my lunch. Would highly recommend.

Food was good and plentiful. We had pizza, fried zucchini, goat cheese salad and chicken quesadilla. Everyone enjoyed the food.

First time we went the food and service was good. We decided to try it again, we were served our drinks and appetizers. After over an hour we still didn’t get our meal. Which, by the way were 2 hamburgers. Other people came, were served and left. The waitress avoided us after we asked about our meal. Finally we decided to ask for the check and leave. Headed to Burger King now as it’s too late on a Sunday to sit down anywhere else. We won’t be going back.

We ordered some entrées which were good, and some pizza which was barely edible. Calling it greasy is an understatement. It was a pool of grease with some pizza on top. Service was also terrible as the staff spend more time dealing with takeout than with the dine in customers.
If you're going to eat here, only get takeout and stay away from the pizza.

Tami is our usual waitress and she is excellent Everytime. The other night we had someone else and it wasn't busy at all, it took over an hour to get our food. By the time it came out we just wanted to pack it up and leave. I also had to get up and ask for the check because the waitress only came over twice in the hour and a half we were there. My advice is if you go there, ask for Tami!!!! She's great Everytime.
