Dropped in for a quick dinner while we’re in town for the weekend and we loved it! Plenty of seating, quick and courteous service, delicious food, and fair pricing. We tried two of their specials and a large tomato garlic basil pizza (added red sauce). Definitely recommend going if in the area!

5 of us old bikers stopped in today for lunch. The server was super nice and accommodating. She also took our order at the counter. Stopped by to offer free fill-ups on the drinks. Again very friendly. Wish I could remember her name. The focaccia bread was so awesome that one our guys wanted buy a loaf but the server couldn’t convince the owner/baker to sell one. She tried admirably though. Wood fired pizzas were delicious as were the sandwiches served on the wood-fire focaccia. We’ll be back.

If you like soft, wet noodle style pizza with crust that has the consistency of a wet sponge, this will be your go-to spot. For people that know what real pizza is, my suggestion would be to stay away. Absolutely awful.

I’ve been to Brio’s a number of times over the past 20 plus years after skiing or kayaking the Esopus. There are two sides to Brio’s. One side has the pizza ovens and views of both deserts and pizzas to see before ordering. This side is great for families with children while the other side is a bar and has tables with a more relaxed feeling. The food is the same but the atmosphere is very different. We shared a pizza and a house made veggie burger. Both were good. The pizza is a thin crust pie. The Veggie burger was large on a Brioche roll and served with fries. We made a mistake sitting on the pizza side instead of the bar side.Brio’s is a good place for a quick meal or to take out a pizza. This area doesn’t have many other good places to eat and Brio’s has been here for over 50 years and hasn’t changed in decades. They have parking in the back if you don’t find parking on the street.Parking: Both street parking and Brio's has their own parking lot.Kid-friendliness: A good place for children

We love getting pizza and calzones from Brio's in Phoenicia. We discovered it our first night in Phoenicia-- walking distance from the Black Bear Campground. How awesome to be able to walk and get awesome pizza and bring it back to eat At the campfire! Delicious! We go back again and again!

Gourmet food and pizza in Phoenicia with excellent friendly service. We really enjoy this place. Prices are also reasonable. We always go there at least once when we are around. Don't miss it.

Just walking up to this place we were hit with the lovely smell of their wood oven. This was a good sign. It's an easy order counter but the menu makes decisions difficult because everything looks good. I got the French toast with eggs and bacon. My lord, this was an amazing way to prepare for a cold hike in the mountains. However, my partner got the ricotta lemon pancakes and that stole the show. I'm not big on ricotta and was wanting to trade plates. Totally worth stopping in.

Food wasn’t that great. I ordered the soft pretzel. It comes with three sauces. The one I was looking forward to was the beer cheese but when it came it was cold and watery. I think it must have been frozen previously. It didn’t really taste like much. The pretzel its self was pretty good. The atmosphere was also pretty off. The staff were a bit off putting. Not sure if I’d come again
