I hate writing bad reviews, but the number one thing about running a good restaurant is good service. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any of that.
We actually were intending to eat at the pizzeria next door when we stumbled on the brewery. Even though we already ordered the pizza, the brewery’s outdoor area looked like a good atmosphere, so we decided to go there. My wife grabbed a spot, we ordered some drinks, and I went to grab the pizza that we already ordered from the other place.
We were planning on getting food from the brewery anyway, so having the pizza in the box we thought was no big deal. Both of us were looking at the menu, about to order, when the server/runner/host said loudly, “Sorry, no outside food is allowed!” It was in the tone of zero hospitality, zero tact, and borderline embarrassing. We planned to order food there, and I was also planning on buying a few beers to take home. But instead, I wasn’t even able to enjoy the beer I had previously ordered and left.
I called the brewery once we got back to the hotel to discuss the situation, asked for the manager on staff, and was met with “if you want to discuss something with the manager, please send us an email”. When I questioned the person on the phone why there’s no time to speak to a manager, she replied that the manager is busy.
They are super lucky that the space is in a beautiful place in the Catskills, and the brewery looks inviting. However, if I were the owner or the person in charge of front of house, I would take a really hard look at whether they are running their business the right way.

Good food and good service in a large space with plenty of seating--plus a small outdoor courtyard. Can be very busy! We've been a few times and tried a sampling of the beer (wish there was more variation between beer types, lots of IPAs, though everything we tried was tasty) and some of the appetizers, including the cauliflower wings, which were delightful. We've sat at the bar, and have gotten drinks to sit at the tables with. Both instances we had prompt service, and a great time.

We got here at 1218pm we had finished our food and drinks before 1239. Amazing staff service and the tacos were on point. My wife had said the brussel sprout taco was the best vegan option she has ever had.

I've drank a lot of really good DIPAs, IPAs from Tree House, Fidens, Alchemist, Foam, etc.
Decided to stop on way home from Belleayre gave the I Dream in Blue DIPA a try. It competes with Tree House "Super Treat" nice up front candied taste and a mellow back end not a bitter/hoppy feel at all.

Delicious burger. Their outdoor section was really cozy, dog friendly, and well-maintained.

10.19.24 Our 1st time here and we sat outdoors by the firepit. So cool! The beer was fantastic. The food was great. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of parking. This is a win win if you're in the area.

Would have been five stars across the board except no table service which I get but dislike. Either serve or have a pickup window and those buzzy things. Also the inside music was loud and take into account that I'm half deaf.
That said, we wandered outside and enjoyed a flight of beer and a smashburger. Beers were on point full flavored. The smashburger was cooked well with an ample side of fries.
