“Great place. Jim was very helpful in my bourbon and Whiskey selections. He offered samples and I made some additional picks. I didn't know of this place but was at Bullfinch Brewery and saw "butterscoth whiskey". I had to try that! It was said Lock 1 was just north of Syracuse, so I worked it into my trip, because I needed a bottle or 2 of that Butterscotch Whiskey. Once there, they had a Candy Cane Whiskey and a real Cinnamon Whiskey (Inferno). I got bottles of those too! As well as a FA Waldron distillers cut.Ashley is a great bartender!“
