I love going to Maryann's for breakfast. The food is wonderful every time, the quanity is far more than sufficient, and the atmosphere is amazing. The establishment itself is quite small, so there can be a slight wait on the weekends, but it's definitely worth it!

Food was amazing! Extremely generous portions for the price. Most meals I've had here could be split with 2 people. By far my favorite place to get breakfast.

Visiting my niece in Phoenix and she took me there for breakfast the food was delicious.Big pancakes and the omelette was so good with a side of sausage gravy to dip the toasted homemade bread in what can I say besides Oh My Goodness That's GoodLarge portions and everything we had was yummy. This will definitely be on the list of places to visit when I'm back in PhoenixI wish I had pictures to post but we had eaten most of it before I even thought about it because it looked and smelled so good we had to dive right in

Appalling. I’ve been searching for a decent place to have breakfast in central New York for the past 6 years, and have come to the conclusion that they just don’t know how to do breakfast here.Firstly, I can’t believe these reviews. They are ridiculous. The food here is terrible. Typical central New York diner wagon-wheel pancakes. I want to meet the person who could eat two of them. They are massive, and generic, coupled with a butter substance. The syrup goo was in a condiment squeeze bottle, and had a hint of sweetness, with subtle notes of plastic and propylene glycol. The bacon was burned in places, raw in others. I ordered a coke with my meal, and they brought a can and a cup of ice, which is fine. Charging $2.50 for it? No. Lol.The water tastes of chlorine, the potatoes O’Brien were gigantic, burnt, just bad.The server was rude. She didn’t want to be there. I understand her pain. This is a local spot in phoenix with local people. They obviously don’t go there for the food, which is ok too. I’m sure it’s busy because it’s the only diner for 10 miles. If you’re in search of a decent breakfast like me, skip this place altogether. Waste of money and food.

Huge servings. Biggest pancake I've ever seen. Attentive waitress. Busy but small wait time.
