This is the most beautiful & tasteful cake I have ever bought. Also very easy to come in contact with the bakery. I’ve tried various bakeries around the area and have been continuously disappointed with the look and taste with the cakes I have bought. The Gingersnap Bakery blew our expectations out of the park. Minibods are so incredibly hard to find anything for in terms of birthday party planning and from a Google screenshot they were able to completely make the birthday girls dreams come true. The smash cake for baby sister was also amazing. EVERYONE asked where we got the cakes from because they were the best they’d ever had.. if you’re wondering if you should get cakes or cookies or any baked goods from this place the answer is without a doubt YES!!

The girls at the bakery are wonderful, went out of their way to build my a box to safely transport the cake with my bears, and the cake was even better! Not only beautiful and so cool, but delicious. It was a hit at the shower and everyone wanted to know where the cake was from! Absolutely the new go-to spot for specialty cakes for my family!
Baked goods in the case seemed to be days old. Not much taste, hard, dry and very expensive. I have bought same items at local grocery stores with better quality and for considerably less. Cakes have had so many positive reviews. Not so much for baked goods.

She really cared about creating our picture perfect wedding cake. Our guests described our cakes (as we had several flavors) as delicious, moist, and beautiful. Gingersnap did all of the desserts for my wedding, and everything was phenomenal! They set everything up so beautifully, and I had one guest after another asking where I got everything from. Our wedding cake was my personal favorite, but asking everyone else they couldn't decide which dessert they liked best. Highly recommend them for any dessert needs!

While the reviews online were fantastic, I cannot say that my experience with this bakery reflected that. I contracted with them for a wedding cake, provided all the information requested, flavors, pictures of the cake we wanted, the venue location, pictures of the cake top, etc. Less than a month prior to the wedding, for the final meeting, I was given an entirely different price than originally discussed as part of the contract that was signed, with a reason of a delivery fee of over $100 that was never stated in the original contract meeting, decoration fee (again, the picture of the cake was provided at that meeting and no additional decorating fee was presented at that time). On the day of the wedding, the two folks that delivered it were unaware or prepared to put a cake topper on it, and aligned the 4 tiers in a manner that made the cake decorations look crooked. To say the least, I was very very disappointed. All the other reviews are extremely positive so perhaps this was just a fluke scenario. Just get everything written very clearly before signing. For reference, I included the original picture sent to the bakery though our wedding planner and the actual cake that was delivered.
