Trappist Monks of the Abbey of the Genesee located in Piffard, NY make many varieties of delicious bread, cheese crackers, and biscotti as part of their upkeep. Items are available either at the Abbey gift shop or online.
My sister from Florida got me a gift package from here! Everything was of great quality and fresh! My most favorite thing was the rye bread ( awesome)! Found out they are located near Rochester New York and I have a niece lives there. So my next trip up I am definitely going to stop!
My brother gave me a loaf of the cranberry bread. I didnt want it. I decided one night when I couldn't sleep to make some toast out of it. Oh my! It is sooo good. I want more! Its light and sweet and just so good.
