Very poor customer service. They shut down their hot food machines at 5:30pm. By their attitude, no one wants to work there. Lazy workers, excuses for not having specific foods past 5:30. AVOID

I got there ordered my usual 2 large coffees and a small cup of ice, I get to the window and the girls says $7.71 im like I ordered 2 large coffees woth 1 cream so how is it that price? She rolls her eyes at me and says u ordered iced coffees, like no I did not, she than gets annoyed and goes to the register obviously to correct her mistake. I have been going to tim hortons daily and the rude and disrespectful girl who rolled her eyes should be spoken to about how to treat customers. I honestly just drove off and am now driving to batavia to get my coffee. I never write bad reviews but the way she acted was unnecessary.

every time I come here even if it's early they seem to be out of ever food item I ask for very annoying would not recommend this tim Hortons on top of that the service is subpar and they almost always have a rude attitude

Google says they're open till 8pm, yet they can't make hot food past 6pm. The panini press can't be operated 2 full hours before closing time? This is supposed to be a travel plaza. Both times i attempted to order food, the employees were nowhere to be seen. The Travel Plaza itself serves hot food, fresh coffee, and enough supplies to make your own sandwich. Having a Tim Hortons here is useless
