What a hidden little gem in the Hudson Valley. The farm to table cuisine is awesome, the service is warm and welcoming, and the drinks aren’t bad either 😋. We had a Bolognese with short rib, the brussels sprouts, and don’t leave without eating the olive oil cake. Incredible.

One With Land is doing everything right - the food, the service, and their incredibly welcoming environment. Every course was delicious, surprising and exquisitely executed. No doubt this chef and kitchen staff are highly skilled, every dish spoke to their abilities.
