Larry's Chinese Restaurant and Bar is a popular spot for delicious Chinese cuisine. The food is consistently praised, with many recommending everything on the menu. The restaurant has a casual, laid-back atmosphere, making it a great option for families with kids - the staff is even known to provide free ice cream to kids. Customers especially enjoy dishes like sesame chicken, which is praised for its perfect breading and freshness. The Egg Drop Wonton soup is also highly appreciated. While some reviews mention issues like indoor temperatures being very cold and slimy stuff on tables and menus, these do not overshadow the large portions and overall good experience. The restaurant has had some problems with take-out orders, such as incorrect sauces and missing condiments, and recently stopped using homemade noodles for duck and mustard sauce, which disappointed some fans. Despite these issues, many find the food enjoyable and see potential for Larry's to be a great choice for a good meal.
