The service is good. Always a greeting and smile but the quantity of icecream has gone way down and the prices , way up. I purchased a medium cone and got a small . With no icrcream in the cone. They used to be good size but maybe new owners last year.
After a very disappointing trip to another ice cream shop we stopped at Fair Shake. I felt bad as there was 11 minutes to closing and I wanted something special. The lady helping us went above and beyond. With a quick "I got you" she made the BEST Sunday I have ever had.
Our Daughter has such a good relationship with this place, that her teachers just give Her vouchers as an award for passing. She even has had a talk with the owner and plans to work there as soon as She's old enough. Lol. She's 6.
