The building was clean an proffesional however the positivity end there. The food was of significantly less quality then typical KFC restaurants. (If your willing to call it a resturaunt) Our first order had the incorrect sides, the chicken was soggy and wet like it had been sitting for too long. After returning and getting the order "corrected" we found the incorrect quantity of chicken in the box, and the sides were yet again wrong. It appears this location in Southport, NY is severely understaffed. Drive thru was painfully slow. Last two times I ordered original recipe chicken, it was over done to the point of almost burnt. Original recipe never used to be dark brown in color and crunchy! Some parts were Even greasy. Doubtful I’ll ever go back which is sad because it used to be so good.

Internet says Kentucky fried chicken is open till 10 PM. I got there at 9:45 they were all out of chicken. I’m sorry but if you’re going to advertise your open till 10 you should have chicken till 10 just saying. So they did have Taco Bell sorry I ordered two burritos and five taco Supremes the burritos were fine the taco Supremes were stone cold.
