I'm disappointed, I asked sour cream, and had to charge me, after I paid for my meal, and still didn't get sour cream. I also ordered a soft taco with my meal box, and didn't get that.
Chicken was very dark and greasy
What is this??? Stingy and lazy.

The food was good, but service was slow and cars were backed up at the drive-thru. One customer did not get any napkins or condiments. Another noted everything was normal KFC, with vegetarian options like mashed potatoes and vegetable sides, plus kid-friendliness and wheelchair accessibility.
The vibes are described as insane. Staff are speeding around like they are understaffed, yet there are 8 people in the back. Orders are often wrong, such as putting dairy on a dairy-free order, resulting in free taco coupons. There is always some commotion, but the staff will remake food if asked. One customer made an order 40 minutes before closing; they did not have enough meat but came through, and everything was great.
