the icecream is good, the service was subpar, and the prices are exorbitant, especially for the sizes given. Wont be back!
Absolutely delicious frozen custard. We grabbed a cone and sat outside to take in the view.
Offered one lactose dish blueberry almond something highly recommend not to get it tasted like chemicals. And the two girls working 6/28/25 around 3pm have zero personality or people skills.
Very weird, unfriendly vibe from staff. Blonde girl ringing us up and older gentleman who seemed in charge. Small portions as well as the unwelcoming vibe.
I love Abbot’s! I just wanted to note the hours are wrong, they close at 8:30pm not 9pm.
Been getting ice cream cakes here for decades… the price is just getting Ridiculous, $30 for a small that’s cut with so many Oreo crumbles that if this was a drug deal … someone would be getting shot

Called to order a cake and they were very rude. I would go to pittsford dairy instead .
We have always loved going here but found a huge stink bug in my daughters syrup on her ice cream sundae. Disappointed was an understatement.

Good service from smiley high school kids. Tasty frozen treat, and you can't beat the picnic tables on the canal for atmosphere on a lovely dog days of summer night.

The smallest large ever!! I’ve been to the all the other Abbotts, Lake Ave, Brighton, Greece.. where a large means a large. Sorry, this guy… the owner gives you a small, almost might even call it a medium and charges you for a large for $8.00!! The other Abbotts only charge $7.40!!!! Next time I’m taking photos because I just can’t get over this!!!
