Ate last evening at the Pittsford location. Service and atmosphere are great. Good portions were poor. Ordered Moussaka which comes with a side salad. The salad was enormous and dwarfed the portion of Moussaka which were both piled on the same plate. The Moussaka was warm not hot as well. Salad should be on the side not sharing the same plate. This was a birthday dinner and we likely won't return.
Aladdin's Natural Eatery exceeded my expectations in many ways. Initially, I had reservations about dining at a "Greek" restaurant, given the common challenges of subpar quality and the use of inexpensive ingredients. However, our group sampled a diverse array of dishes, all of which surpassed our expectations. Normally we really like Aladdin’s however my last take out order really lacked luster. I ordered the Chiklaki with chicken and the tomatoes were mushy, no pita included, chicken was dried out. Not a usual experience. So many people standing around front end when I came in and didn’t get greeted until about 5 minutes later. Not being picky, but it doesn’t take much to say hello to someone rather than just talk amongst each other.
