Chef Adam was able to step in last minute and help prepare a Christmas Eve dinner for our family when we had a family member in the hospital. We had plenty of dietary needs and he was able to navigate them beautifully. He was fast to respond to emails and made quick work of nailing down a menu. Communication was top notch. The food was delicious - appetizers, main course, and sides!! We were so grateful that he shared his talents with us during the hectic holiday season. Would definitely recommend and use again. Adam came to my home to prepare both a full course dinner and a complete breakfast for the following day for seven people. Adam arrived on time and with all necessary food, cooking utensils, silverware and dishes. We decided to use some family heirloom dishes and Adam washed and returned them to their proper places when dinner was done. The food was delicious, well prepared and beautifully presented; Adam was unobtrusive yet available and engaging when we asked questions or commented on the meal. We have already decided to have Adam return and prepare a Christmas dinner for our family. We all highly recommend Adam!

We recently hired Adam for my mom’s 70th birthday celebration at an Airbnb in Seneca Falls, and it was a wonderful experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless—professional communication, on time, and great food. Adam took our menu suggestions and executed on them. We had pork tenderloin paired with black garlic risotto, and everything was fine dining quality. The olive oil cake with lemon blueberry compote for dessert was light yet indulgent. Adam’s presentation elevated every course. If you’re looking for a private chef in the Finger Lakes area, I definitely recommend Adam!

We hired this personal chef for my sister’s 70th birthday, and he delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. He arrived right on time, was incredibly organized, and had a calm, pleasant presence throughout the evening. The menu he designed was spot-on — every guest found something they loved, and the food itself was absolutely delicious and creative.

He took care of everything, including bringing his own dishes, flatware, napkins, and even printed decorative menus, which added a really thoughtful touch to the table. Cleanup was thorough and meticulous — you’d hardly know a dinner party had just happened. It was a seamless, stress-free experience that allowed all of us to truly enjoy the celebration. Highly recommend!
