Private Chef Adam Pastecki

We hired Adam to cook for 18 people for our wedding day. Everyone loved the food, and we couldn't have asked for a better person or food to cook for us and make our wedding even better. I would hire Adam for all my event going forward.

Adam cooked us a dinner for 8 in our home. The dish was perfect, the filet was juicy and tender the sides were excellent and he was professional punctual and very easy to work with. Highly recommend him for your private chef needs!!

We recently hired Adam for my mom’s 70th birthday celebration at an Airbnb in Seneca Falls, and it was a wonderful experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless—professional communication, on time, and great food. Adam took our menu suggestions and executed on them. We had pork tenderloin paired with black garlic risotto, and everything was fine dining quality. The olive oil cake with lemon blueberry compote for dessert was light yet indulgent. Adam’s presentation elevated every course. If you’re looking for a private chef in the Finger Lakes area, I definitely recommend Adam!

We hired this personal chef for my sister’s 70th birthday, and he delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. He arrived right on time, was incredibly organized, and had a calm, pleasant presence throughout the evening. The menu he designed was spot-on — every guest found something they loved, and the food itself was absolutely delicious and creative.

He took care of everything, including bringing his own dishes, flatware, napkins, and even printed decorative menus, which added a really thoughtful touch to the table. Cleanup was thorough and meticulous — you’d hardly know a dinner party had just happened. It was a seamless, stress-free experience that allowed all of us to truly enjoy the celebration. Highly recommend!

Chef Adam provided our party of 9 a fabulous at home dinner experience. We loved everything from the custom menu, dessert, and the clean up! We absolutely loved it!

Adam was the private chef for my wife's 70th birthday dinner party. He offered menu options that would satisfy our diverse food preferences and dietary restrictions of a few of our guests. Everything he presented was excellent from the appetizers to the main dish. It was also great that he came with everything to prepare, cook and serve including all place settings. Overall it was an excellent experience which enabled us to enjoy the party and our guests! Everyone was impressed with the food and service he provided. We hired Adam as a chef for one night at our airbnb on a girls trip to Finger Lakes. He was very nice, and the food was just delicious. He accommodated multiple dietary restrictions within the group in a thoughtful way.

This was a GREAT date idea and Adam was an amazing cooking instructor. He brought all the food, utensils and even a small food processor. He even cleaned up!! Would definitely do this again!!! So much fun!!! Food was delicious and we had so much left overs!!
