I arrived at 7:20 pm on 3/18 and tried to enter. Both their signs and Google said they are open until 8. However, when I arrived, their doors were locked. I saw six other people who tried to go in but could not. More customers for Pitsford Dairy.

Not Customer Centric; The lights are on but nobody’s home…Google website says open, sign on door says open, flag outside says open…but they’re not. Frustrating. Other experiences here plus this highlights how they’re not customer centric; no samples, service is up and down, etc. Instead of resonating that the customer is lucky to have them, they should act like they’re lucky to have customers.
The man behind the counter was so nice and helpful. Will definitely be back

What a neat little spot. The hazelnut gelato was delicious, and the folks behind the counter were polite and jokes around about the ducks outside. The ducks were a little pushy about food, but honestly, the gelato was good enough its hard to blame them ;-) Absolutely perfect end to a savory meal elsewhere in the area!
