Food was very good but wanted to add ketchup and pepper to my drive thru sandwich. I was told they only had packets and I was fine with that, but after I received my food and left Bruegger's, I never received any packets of anything. Really put a damper on the overall experience.
I come to this location of the most, they're very consistent with the food.. very polite, fast service. Excellent crew weekday and weekends mornings..

-The (large) chocolate cold brew coffee was pretty good. The large cup is more like a medium when compared to other stores. I also feel it was filled with too much ice to justify the $5 price (around half-full of ice). Felt like it was gone in just a few good sips.
-The employees were very friendly, though service once I got to the window seemed a bit slow...
