I visited the Erie Grill with a friend who is vegan . The staff and chef did everything they could to make her feel comfortable about her meal! I was so impressed with their patience and creativity. The food was great and the service was amazing. Great job!!!! We had a wonderful time!
The service was amazing. The food was spectacular. The portions were decent. However $80 for two salads and two non-alcoholic beverages was outrageous for lunch.
It seems like they have a new chef and the food is not as good as we remember. The service is excellent but the food not so much.
We stopped there for lunch. Great food, had the beet salad and it was very good. The smoked turkey club was excellent. Nice view of the Erie Canal.
Excellent food, drinks, and service, and if one is seated facing the canal, a great view. A complaint is that the dining area can be very loud, even when the restaurant is not full--noise abatement would improve the dining experience considerably. A minor complaint is that the inconspicuous entrance from the parking lot is unattractive and the steps border on disrepair. My wife at first did not believe me when I told her it was the entrance!
Salads; Dinner; and Wine were excellent. Our server, Amelia, was great!! Very personable. We thought the chairs were a little low compared to the table height.
Sunday brunch on the Erie Canal before heading for the Syracuse Crunch vs. Rochester Americans hockey game. Great service by Maggie, who is very friendly. The ham/cheese omelette was delicious as was my wife's all-american breakfast. Look forward to dining here again soon.
I always like Erie Grill for getting together with friends, particularly in the evening, it is relatively quiet. We overlooked the Erie Canal and enjoyed some wine, food, and friends!
This has to be the only good place to get Sunday Brunch south of Rochester City! Never a disappointment.
Enjoyed Dinner very much at the Erie Grill. Food was delicious and the service outstanding.

Erie Grill is a fabulous location for business meetings or lunches to catch up with your gal pals. The food is creative and delicious, and the service is always top notch.
We always enjoy coming to Erie Grill and this time did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the service was excellent!!!
Stylish, high end place. Ambience and location great. Service also very professional. My only complaint—-portions are 3x what they need to be. You could feed a family of 3 with one appetizer and one main course. It was absurd. Lots of nice interesting and high quality food options but please reduce the portions, it's embarrassing. I'm not saying cut the prices but sometimes less is more.
Absolutely amazing. The view the food the service! Great!

Had eggs benedict with the most delicious home fries. Eggs done perfectly! Canadian bacon. Fruit plate was extra but very tasty, cantaloupe, honey dew, pineapple, strawberries and mini orange slices. Coffee was hot and good, cream on the side. Our server was very accommodating and attentive.
