jojo Bistro & Wine Bar - Pittsford

Had an amazing experience at JoJo’s tonight. We sat at the bar enjoyed some wine and a perfectly grilled shrimp appetizer. Followed by the grilled romaine that was served split so my wife and I could share. Our main was the burger that also was split to share. This is a great restaurant run by people care and want you to leave happy.

Empty restaurant yet the host (Jake) refused to sit us at a table because "all tables were reserved". We ate at the bar and in over 1 1/2 hr. the tables were still empty. I think Jake refused us because we were only two people. Pathetic customer service.

What a great place. Found another safe place to eat Gluten Free. They have a separate prep area. The food was delicious, the staff attentive and I loved the atmosphere. Can't wait to go back.

The worst pizza I ever had. It was a cracker with sauce on it. It was served cold. I brought pizza home to my dog. My dog would not eat it.
Do not ever order the pizza there! How could anyone ever mess up a pizza? Finally, the sauce was not edible. Worst pizza ever!

I took my daughter in law and daughter for a special occasion dinner on Saturday 7/20. We drove from Syracuse. I had been to Jojos before, and was so excited to treat my family. What a colossal disappointment with a bill over 200$. Not only was our waitress miserable and rushing us, but the food was terrible. 2 steak dinners and The jojos burger. We also had appetizers & cocktails. The bread for the ricotta appetizer was completely burned. Both steaks were ordered medium, one was cooked properly the other was raw! Piles of salt on top of the fries, looked as though the top came off the shaker & course salt was it was spilled all over the plate. The waitress never checked on us. My daughter ate a few pieces around the outer edge of the steak. We couldn’t eat the burnt bread or salt drenched fries. My daughter was too embarrassed to say anything or have me say anything about the steak. This was one of the most horrendous restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. This place has gone down hill, significantly. So disappointed. ?

Recently went for a girls dinner and was happy to find many gluten free options clearly labeled on the menu. Staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Food and cocktails were delicious. Celiac approved. Will be back.
