Seconding the other 2/5 star review someone left yesterday: I'm here in Pittsford for the second time for another multiple day trip, this time my mother came along who also had work to do with her laptop. On my previous trip all the power outlets seemed to be working - this trip none of them are. I returned in the evening with a charged laptop, that dies quickly because it's an old laptop-battery, and enjoyed the warm sun on the patio until it died. Then I went inside to just think, write on my phone, and people watch a bit. During the hour or so I was inside there - where it was fairly empty compared to capacity, there was no less than 3 people who were looking for/needing power for their laptops, not all of them who had ordered yet - but none of them stayed once they learned there was no power; presumably they had something important and urgent to prepare for so they wanted to get their laptop setup and ready for that. If anything it'd be courteous to put a sign at the registers to let people know the outlets are no longer working/not currently turned on, so if patrons are expecting them to work as they used to be reliable, then you're not causing them problems. I realize in the short term it will may free up some seats during peak hours, if that's a conscious goal, though over the long-term it's going to teach/train people it's not a reliable stop/option; I guess Starbucks can look at their balance sheet and see how that's working out, though it's difficult to factor in externalized qualitative factors. If I stay longer with my laptop I usually buy a few drinks, and when life's rougher and I'm getting my "treat" drinks they're usually $9+ and where I try to remember to tip staff $1; I live with severe chronic pain and so moving around a lot isn't great for me either - where routine is critical to the potential of my having less bad days.

Very friendly staff and good atmosphere. Lots of space to work. My biggest complaint is that many of the outlets do not work frequently as if a breaker trips. I have tested many and it makes it difficult to work since a laptop is required for most tasks and it means your stay will be cut short.

Been going to this Starbucks for well over 5 years now and everyone here is super friendly. I just placed a mobile order like I usually do and of course as soon as I submitted it something went wrong. It didn’t place my order but it took my money. I stopped in there and explained what happened and without hesitation they immediately started making my order. They didn’t want to see my app, my bank account or they didn’t even make me call corporate or anything. They just honored it and I was out the door in 2 minutes. Customer service like this is not easily found anymore. Thank you to the girl in pig tail braids!

Perfection, mikena was super nice because it was my 1st time at Starbucks, and she helped me choose what to eat and drink I usually hate tea but she made it the best thing I've ever drank 10/10 would recommendKid-friendliness: I am only 14 and they still served ne when u was alone.

This store was not only clean and beautiful BUT I was there at 7:30 Sunday morning and the two people working were probably the sweetest two Starbucks employees I’ve ever encountered!!!! And the little things like they wrote the cutest message on my cup that made me giggle and smile the whole time I was drinking it and it was DELICIOUS!!!! I would recommend anyone making the village of pittsford Starbucks their go-to store !!!!! Thanx for making my morning ! ???Parking: I pulled up infront of store with street parking got out walked in and was back in my car in minutes !!!!
Jordan is one stand up dude. Made my coffee (a venti blonde caramel macciato with extra foam extra hot upside down) PERFECT. He needs to chill with the windex tho.

Four times in the last month, the store has been out of matcha. It's frustrating to wait in the long drive through line and then discover they're out of the one thing I want. Why can't you just order a larger volume of matcha? I'm going to Dunkin Donuts from now on.
